GOOD NEWS—ONE LESS APPLICATION TO WORRY ABOUT!

EFG has improved the way you submit MVP Maintenance and Tire-Only product claims by adding support in the Express Claims application, which is part of the EFG DRIVE Client Portal. Now, you’ll be able to submit your MVP oil change and tire repair/replacement claims using Express Claims instead of the EFG MVP Portal. As a result, the MVP Portal is being discontinued, leaving you with one unified portal for all your EFG-related tasks.

AUTO-ADJUDICATION & PAYMENT

MVP claims submitted using Express Claims will continue to be automatically adjudicated instantly upon submission, and MVP claim payments will continue to be sent to your repair facility as soon as the claim is submitted. Once you submit the claim, it’s approved, and payment is immediately sent to your shop so you can get on with the job quickly.

Training videos covering all aspects of MVP claim submission via Express Claims are available in the EFG L.O.V.E. training portal.
